Initializing Utilities

The first step is to complete the online application. If you are applying with a roommate or spouse, they must submit a separate application. The application can be completed online or at a computer at our office.

Move In Issues

Our dedicated maintenance team does its best to prepare the unit for your stay. However, they are unable to stay and function in the unit as a resident does. As you settle in, please take note of any issues and concerns that you would like us to fix. After a few days of feeling out the unit, call our office or request a “Move In Issues” service order online and we will promptly address your needs Note: When requesting service issues over the phone or online please only make one ticket. Feel free to list as many issues as you need resolved in one request.

Rent Payments

Rent is due on the first of each month. A late fee of $50 is charged if rent is not paid by the 5 th of the month. To help ensure timely payments, you may pay online using the Resident Log In portal. Cash Pay locations are also available. Please call the office to set up an account and learn what cashpay locations are closest to you!
